Tulips again

Dear Nikki/Dear Sarah--Day 454 of our daily drawing adventures

Hi Nikki,

I very unwisely took a mango popsicle from the fridge just before I started the post, so I am typing one-handed and trying not to drip all over myself. It has been a warm-enough-for-a-popsicle day here, and my local grocery store had a gazillion little geraniums on sale.

I painted the tulip sketch and became so frustrated with it that, after it was dry, I sprayed the whole thing and let the paint run to see if that improved it. Nope.

Ah well, tomorrow is another day.

I thought I might have to resort to stick figures over the next few days, but instead it looks as though you might be seeing a collage in stages.

Here’s Step 1. Head exploding.

Everything is very wet and wrinkly atm - and I used a different type of glue than what I have been using recently… We shall see where this goes over the next few days.
