Dear Nikki,

My brother and his wife have been here since about 3:30, and we're about to go for a walk, so all I have to send is the little scribble I did at the house while you were showing the place.

Thank you so much for picking me up. I'm happy to be here, and wish I didn't have a Zoom with a client tomorrow at 10:30!! I'll have to work after the walk.

Are you sure you're okay with me coming to you on Friday?

Hi Sarah -

welcome to the ‘hood! Took a short walk around the block after all my calls and emails and what nots were done this evening and sat at a picnic table over in the school grounds at the end of the block. The sun was starting to go down and the Three Sisters were glowing! What a great evening for you to arrive here in the mountains!

It was wonderful to spend some time with you today - and excellent to see you made good use of the few minutes in the garden behind the house I was showing. It will be GREAT to have you here at the end of the week! There’s lots of room and it sounds like Fabio is going to be off doing things in the mountains so we will have time for drawalking, writing, all the things.

Not that we can’t see each other between now and your move into the guest room, but honestly, it will be delightful to have you here!

Tomorrow morning is packed for me - it’s the weekly Realtor Tour of homes new to the market and because last Tuesday was a holiday, there are LOTS of properties to view. Let’s touch base after lunch and see if we can arrange a walk/coffee/hangout by the river. Or maybe even a writing session.
