Hi Sarah!

In good news, with the assistance of some meds and a gentle walk to the crag, as the day wore on my back slowly settled down enough for me to climb a couple of easy routes. I was pretty happy with that and ready to do more tomorrow.

The cliffs where we were climbing we were climbing today in an area called The Beach. No time to swim, alas, as we had to get back to the other side of the island to meet friends for dinner (Italian - very tasty).

So glad your back is better, and that your day was lovely. Mine was … uneventful. No swimming for me either. lol. Here is one of the eight drawings I did yesterday. I call it “Halloween, but make it Kusama.”

The real deal on Naoshima Island. Did you go there? My friend, Jen, will be there later this month. Am I envious? Indeed I am.
