Clothespegs dolls and a big oops

Hi Nikki,

Pouring rain here today. I took K&K to see Peter Pan on Ice skated by a local skating club. A friend's two boys were skating in it. Now we are home and they are playing some elaborate game involving blankets, ribbons, spiky yoga balls and a pirate ship. I think Lianna is Tiger lily, a rather problematic figure in the original Peter Pan.

Before the ice show, I had started a drawing of the clothes peg dolls that my mom used to make for my daughter using scraps of fabric and wool. I have kept them for many years (there are a dozen, mostly in poor shape) and I am 100% confident that no one will ever play with them again. So I thought I'd memorialize four of them, although I have to say, drawing with two maniacs in my living room, next to my drawing table was quite challenging.

Must go now, because there are tears....and I have a headache.
